Entertainment
Steerach Friday 25th June 7pm
Steerach are an energetic, good-time 5 piece band from Ayrshire who really kick out their music!
We play a mixture of traditional and contemporary folk songs from Scotland, Ireland and America, and also play songs written by the band as well as putting our own stamp on well-considered cover versions. Our sound fuses the rootsy tradition of The Dubliners and Steve Earle with the harder edgy influence of The Pogues, and appeals to folk of all ages who like a good night out.

The Diplomats of Jazz Saturday 26th June 6pm
Led by Jim Petrie, the band have been part of the regular Edinburgh jazz scene since the late 1980s - part of a tradition in the city that goes back half a century. The Diplomats all share a love of the classic jazz orchestras of the twenties and thirties featuring the likes of Fletcher Henderson, Clarence Williams and McKinney's Cotton Pickers.
